Role & Responsibilities :
This job function requires individual to be very savvy and have love for Information Management, very detail
oriented, should possess strong MIS, reporting and analytical skills. Overall will be responsible for execution
of the different HR processes both in terms of day to day functioning of the system and bring timely
modification as suitable to the process & the organization. Experience of ideation and defining of HR Process
will be a big plus. Individual will be accountable for Payroll and overall Operations side of the HR. Below is the
outline of the core responsibility to be owned for each of the Organization processes
Payroll (Attendance and Leave Management)
Updating new joinees and exits entries in the Attendance Tracking software. Responsible for Leave
management, attendance corrections, generating Weekly attendance reports, processing F&Fs settlements.
Supporting employees with Mediclaim & PF reimbursements. Should have thorough knowledge of various
Salary components & should be able to evaluate & suggest appropriate modifications to the component
structures as required by the Organization. Should be able to understand the functioning of the HRIS system
& must be able to customize it as per organization needs.
Responsible for closing on the KRA’s of all employees at the beginning of the financial year. Conduct
Performance Management Sessions for generating awareness of the appraisal process on the floor. Ensure
timely completion and collation of appraisal data for all teams. Ensure Managers have prepared and
documented Developmental plans for their teams
Responsible for the overall execution of the Onboarding process as outlined. Individual will also be responsible
for evaluating the success of the process, monitor & analyze if the objectives of the process are consistently
met & make necessary improvements to enhance the onboarding journey of the employee as required.
Responsible for making regular audits to the process, conducting surveys & Skip meeting with employees to
gather insights, and make corrective & strategic improvements based on the insights gathered. Will also be
responsible for Conducting Orientation & Induction of new joinees, Handling background verification and
Submit weekly and quarterly report to the management.
Exit and Grievance Handling
Conducting exit interviews and Updating /auditing trackers, managing absconding process, preparing relieving
letters for inactive employees. Handling employee grievances and enabling retention strategies based on
evaluation of data gathered through Exit process. Responsibility includes execution, monitoring, and brining
strategic changes to reduces employee grievances & improve retention.
ESR (Employee Satisfaction Report)
Will be responsible for submitting the Quarterly Employee Satisfaction Report to the management which
encompasses data gathered from Onboarding and Exit process. Conducting Quarterly PMS activity, Skip
meeting and Attrition Analysis. Will be responsible for doing Root cause analysis. Roll out suitable
recommendations/interventions post data analysis. Will be responsible for monitoring of corrective measure
outlined in the Quarterly ESR report.
Understand and evaluate the business needs or requirement for a new HRIS system. Research and propose
suitable solutions based on organization’s needs. Have sound knowledge of the functioning of the system and
facilitate customization & migration of data into the HRIS system. Generate weekly & monthly reports like
Attrition reports, Forecasted Attrition reports, Headcount reports, Exit analysis, Payroll report, Background
verification reports and Full and Final cases reports.
Training & Development
Identify the training needs of the employees through Training Need Analysis and, with support and mentoring
of the Senior management device in-house Training module. Will also be responsible to evaluate external
vendors for targeted training programs. Collate post training feedback and monitor the success of the training
programs in the long run for the organization and the employees.
Experience / Qualifications / Industrial Exposure
- 10-12 years of experience in HR Generalist profile.
- MBA in HR preferred
- IT/SW companies preferred
