Growth – Head

SMARTe is a prospect discovery platform for B2B Sales & Marketing, serving enterprise customers like Salesforce,
Oracle, Adobe & more. We’re building our growth team to kick-start our freemium journey. SMARTe’s vision is to
enable millions of companies in the world with real-time actionable intelligence.
This is a crucial role in the growth team and reports to the AVP – Growth & Strategy while working closely with the
Founder. We love an experimental mindset combined with the ability to learn quickly from early failures. We
understand that experiments will not always bring the expected results but can bring a positive experience.

You will:

  • own the journey of acquiring the first 100k free users, set achievable short-term goals, and make them
  • happen
  • execute a multichannel strategy for awareness & user acquisition: content, ads, partnerships, etc.
  • collaborate with marketing & product to align everyone to growth goals
  • influence positioning, content narrative & product roadmap
  • be actively involved in hiring and building a growth team
  • believe and practice – “if you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it!”
  • obsess over analytics to unlock engagement, retention, and revenue – metrics that support our decisions
  • be the master of competitive landscape and their acquisition strategies
  • be able to better explain the value proposition and train the user, owning the path to conversion.
  • collaborate with the product team to provide user insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user
  • needs, habits, and perceptions developed through analytics, interviews, usability studies, and user feedback

You are

  • a growth hacker and a self-starter
  • with a broad understanding of marketing aspects topics that range from Content to SEO to paid advertising
  • to analytics to landing page design, then deep knowledge in one or two
  • preferably with experience in targeting B2B SaaS Marketing or Sales Persona
  • conversant with data analysis and the best tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualizing data
  • fluent with the spectrum of acquisition techniques/channels that are most effective for SMARTe
  • experienced in taking action based on data and metrics
  • experienced in working with cross-functional teams and you understand how to integrate efforts
  • familiar with UX & Product practices, understanding how the users interact with the product.
  • experienced in building structured procedures that are flexible and scalable
