Get your booking well in advance
Considering the huge number of people attending Dreamforce, chances are you’ll need to book your hotels and travel programs well in advance so that all things are in place before you can start focusing on the event agenda
Graphics that go Boom
If you’re a sponsor, make sure to create interactive graphics around your booth design that sings praise about your products/services/customers and speak for themselves. It not a hard sell once the visitors resonate these important bits
Acknowledge peers and setup conversations
Be pleasant, make eye contact, smile, wear clean & ironed outfit which portrays your company’s standing amongst the crowd. A good & charming personality goes a long way in being the ice-breaker. Once you start the conversations, stay in touch for knowledge sharing and helping each other in any way shape or form
After a long day of sessions and meetings – the real fun begins! There are numerous sponsored parties where simply your event badge can get you access to open bars and parties at extravagant locations. Salesforce also hosts its own concert “Dreamfest” every year and this year’s performers are Alicia Keys and Lenny Kravitz. The concert has hosted some pretty big names in past years, including the Foo Fighters, The Killers and U2 last year.
